These works are constructed from emotional residue of things that are long gone and also those brightest in my recollection. I breathe in deeply and re-capture the smell, texture, sound, and rhythm of a moment. Who am I? Much of my work attempts to piece together my fractured sense identity, churning together the old and the new. Material driven, the concept and physical components in these works have discovered themselves and came together from mining storage bins in the studio and the drawers in my house.
